Well this time it’s not a car, I got an enduro bike! Exactly a Husaberg TE 250 from 2012 🤟🏻
I stopped doing enduro about 4 years ago when I owned and old Gas Gas EC250 and I really missed it. Those days that you literally climb some mountains and once in the top you’re totally exhausted but feeling an immense happiness. My old bike was this:
It all started because my friends and me were very motivated to do some training (now that we can be outdoor a bit more due to the f*cking COVID) so, we started with the MTB bikes but it only last one day. Too exhausted for the happiness it provides…
So one day I went to visit my friends and I saw 2 brand new KTM’s (EXC 300 TPi & E Freeride ♻️) in the garage… I immediately thought about returning to the enduro 💪🏻
After 2 months checking 2nd hand websites I finally found a good one with a nice balance between status – price – year. I spent some more days reading about the Husaberg brand & history, its parts (brakes, fork, shock…) and realized that it mounted KTM engines and more parts so I decided to buy it.
The only cons of the bike was that the ITV was not passed. After spending some hours I mounted the ITV KIT and it was ready to go (very ugly with this KIT installed 🤮).
The important thing is that it actually passed and got the most precious sticker:
I have already ridden the bike some weekends and I’m amazed how it performs in all the terrains. There’s a big difference specially in the fork between the Husa and the old GasGas.
Here some pictures and a video of the last routes:
I will be posting some pictures and videos about the future routes with all my friends so stay tuned!
Enjoy 🐧
